User management
The User Management tab allows you to see and change details specifically linked to you and your account.
User details
You can edit these details by clicking on EDIT DETAILS.

Password reset
Passwords are an easy thing to forget! The password reset functionality is available on the Auth0 login screen. You may, however, also just be very security conscious and like to change your password on a regular basis. So, for your convenience, we’ve added a RESET PASSWORD button here to reset your password after logging in to the portal.
You will be required to confirm whether or not you want to complete this action after which you should receive an email from info@icepack.co with the subject line Icepack Client Portal Password Reset. Change your password by clicking on the Reset password link in the email and enter a new password. You’ll be able to use this new password the next time you log in.

Your teams
You can see a list of teams to which you belong along with associated details for each team (click on the plus sign to the left of the team name).

Creating teams
You can create a new team(s) by clicking on the CREATE NEW TEAM button.
At the time of creating the team, you will have the option to set the team as your default team when logging in. You can change your default team at any time by clicking on the circle icon to the right of the team name. You can also easily switch between teams (without changing the default team) by clicking on the team name on the menu on the left hand side and selecting the team you wish to view.

Leaving a team
You can leave a team at any point by clicking on the door icon to the right of the team name.

Accepting an invitation to join a team
You will receive any invitations to join other teams via email. If you have pending invitations, you will be redirected to the invitation accept page after logging in (existing users) or signing up (new users). You may accept the invitation(s) at this point (and you will have the option to set the new team as your default team when logging in) or you can choose to accept the invitation at a later stage. New users who don’t wish to accept their invitation(s) at that point will have the option to create their own account/team in the meantime, otherwise they will be logged out of the Client Portal. Existing users who choose to accept their invitation(s) at a later stage can do so from the User Management page.
