Team billing
The Team Billing tab allows you to see and change details associated with your billing and cards used to purchase credits (used for pay-as-you-go services).
Billing and tax details
You can edit these details by clicking on EDIT BILLING DETAILS or EDIT TAX DETAILS.

Team cards
You can see a list of cards available to your team along with associated details for each card (click on the plus sign to the left of the card number).

Up to five cards can be added per team via the ADD NEW CARD button. A card can be deleted from the list by clicking on the dustbin icon.

Wallets
The Wallets tab contains details and functionality for managing your spending, wallets and credits.
Useful numbers
- TOTAL WALLETS: Total number of team wallets.
- UNASSIGNED CREDITS: Total number of credits purchased but not yet assigned to a team wallet(s).
- TOTAL ASSIGNED CREDITS: Total number of credits purchased and assigned to one or more team wallet(s).
- MIN: Credit value of the wallet containing the least number of credits (if more than one wallet exists).
- MAX: Credit value of the wallet containing the most number of credits.
Creating and editing wallets
New wallets can be created by clicking on the CREATE NEW WALLET button and edited via the Edit wallet icon to the right of the wallet name.

Pricing calculator
Before purchasing credits it would be useful to know how many you need for the services you plan to use. Click on the Pricing Calculator button to get a rough idea of cost based on various model input parameters and the number of API calls you expect to make.
Once you have an idea of estimated cost, you can purchase some credits!
Purchasing, assigning and transferring credits
Credits can be purchased by clicking on the Purchase Credits button. If you are purchasing credits for the first time and you haven’t edited your billing details on the Team Billing page, you will be required to enter some details. These details will be displayed on all invoices you receive from Icepack.
The steps included in purchasing credits are as follows:
- Add billing details (if not already done)
- Enter the number of credits you wish to purchase
- Select a card from your team card list OR enter new card details
- Complete the payment OR complete the payment and assign the credits to one or more wallet(s)
To assign credits, click on the Assign Credits button or the UNASSIGNED CREDITS info box. You have the option to assign all or some credits to one or more wallets by entering the desired number in the input boxes or by making use of the ASSIGN ALL (assigns all unassigned credits to the one selected wallet), ASSIGN REMAINDER (assigns the remaining unassigned credits to the one selected wallet) or REMOVE CREDITS (unassigns all credits assigned to a specific wallet) buttons.
Credits can also be transferred between wallets or back to the unassigned credits pool by clicking on the Transfer Credits button. You have the option to transfer all or some credits from one wallet to one or more wallets by entering the desired number in the input boxes or by making use of the TRANSFER ALL (transfers all credits to the one selected wallet), TRANSFER REMAINDER (transfers the remaining untransferred credits to the one selected wallet) or REMOVE CREDITS (unassigns all credits chosen for transfer to a specific wallet) buttons.

Deleting wallets
A wallet can be deleted by clicking on the dustbin icon to the right of the wallet name.
- If your wallet has 0 assigned credits and has no keys linked to it, you will be able to delete your wallet straight away.
- If your wallet has 0 assigned credits, but has keys linked to it you will be required to move your keys over to another wallet before you’re able to delete it.
- If your wallet has credits assigned to it, but no keys linked to it, you will be required to transfer the credits to another wallet(s).
- If your wallet has credits assigned to it AND has keys linked to it, you will be required to move your keys over to another wallet before you’re able to delete it (after transferring the credits to another wallet).

The plot will allow you to see your team’s credit purchases and usage over time.
